Wipe all stains with a whiteboard cleaner according to the directions on the container. If any stain remains, apply all purpose cleaner according to the directions on the container. If the stain persists, saturate a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol, blot the remaining stain and rinse. Or, you may use Clorox Clean-Up (spray bottle) according to the directions on the container. You may also try the following: Use another colour dry-erase marker over the stain and wipe off while ink is still wet. Sometimes, using another colour marker over the colour, lifts the under colour when erased.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: If whiteboard surface is porcelain, the dry-erase markers should erase easily. If the whiteboard surface is laminated, use the suggestion provided. NOT RECOMMENDED: Soft Scrub or any abrasive cleaner.
